Graham Likely Out in GB
It is being reported that the Green Bay Packers are not expected to bring back the veteran tight end in 2020. Graham is due 11.6 million if he returns, which is a gross over pay for the production he has given the team. If the Packers do decide to let Graham walk the club would free up 8 million in cap room. Word out of the combine last week was the organization is high on second year tight end Jace Sternberger. There was also some chatter about the Packers having significant interest in Austin Hooper who is set to hit free agency this off season.
Bill and Brady Phone Spat?
It was reported yesterday that Tom Brady and Bill Belichick spoke on the phone yesterday about Brady's future and it didn't go well. Adam Schefter then came out to refute that report saying the call never took place. He also went on to add that the two parties have spoken and it was business as usual with them. So take that for what it's worth.
Foles not Leaving After All
To dispute a report from yesterday the Jaguars are not actively shopping quarterback Nick Foles. Head coach Doug Marrone said there will be an open competition this off season between Foles and Minshew for the starting job.
Staying in Da Black N' Yellow
The Pittsburgh Steelers are looking to keep Vance McDonald in the fold for the 2020 season by exercising the clubs 7.5 million dollar option for the tight end. This is a bit surprising given the injury history of McDonald who has proven year after year he is unable to stay healthy.
Dalvin Cook Aims for 2K
TMZ caught up with the star running back in New York City and Cook said he is aiming to have a huge 2020 season. Dalvin said he has his sights set on 2,000 total yards. Cook had over 1,600 yards in 2019, despite missing some time with shoulder injuries, so the goal is one the stud back can realistically achieve.
